Mass Account checker with AJAX

We are a team of developers with expertise and experience in PHP and MySql. We have developed many complex and extensive custom sites of varied extents and complexity. I have read your requirements and I am confident of delivering well. I however need soem further inputs and clarifications to be able to assess scope of work more precisely. I will then revise or confirm my bid. I also need details to deliver as required. Please share a sample .txt file. Whenever a new file is uploaded, will it overwrite or append data already existing in database? Any checking for duplicates etc? "check each entry without reloading (AJAX) and maybe Multi Threading - if this is possible with cURL. " This check will be from where - please elaborate. Multi-threading is possible through AJAX but if you so require we can also use cURL. I look forward to hearing from you and working on the project.

Hello, I don't quite understood what you are looking for. You want to upload a txt file that i insert into a mysql DB then show you a page with the data imported from the text file...and then check each entry against what? What accounts do you want to check?
