Photoshop editing

My company provides real estate photos for estate agents. The images from the camera are very high quality HDR but we currently edit them ourselves to correct the following: - Perspective straightening - Yellowing from lighting - Blue skies in exterior shots (if cloudy) - Cropping original from wide angle to a standard size to reduce lens distortion - Removing the occassional object that looks really out of place - Correcting stitching errors sometimes created by the camera There is approx 15-20 photos per property (depending upon size) and we usually spend about 60-90 mins on editing in total. Some photos will require very little editing whilst others may require more work. I have attached a couple of examples of how our photos look before and after editing to show the standards we require. PLEASE NOTE: We have strict timescales with our clients so please only bid if you are able to return each property within 24 hours. If we are happy with the work, there will hopefully be approximately 5 properties per week to start with. Please quote your price for 5 properties for this initial project. You will be sent the photos after we have been to a property and filmed it. 20% of funds will be released for each property completed. Some days there may be none, others you may have 3 or 4 properties to edit. Please do not quote if you cannot guarantee turnaround within 24 hrs or less. Ideally we are looking to outsource this part of our workload long term to free up our time for more filming so if this goes well there could be lots more work. Thanks Steve
