Need custom weapon skin for CS:GO (No Placeholder bid & No Auto bidders)

I need a custom weapon skin for Counter Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO). The specific skin needed would be for the “AK47". Please answer on following questions when bidding on my request: 1. Did you create a CS:GO already in the past? 2. Are you aware of all Valve guidelines and the guidelines of the submission to Valve of a Skin? 3. Are you aware of the details that need to be considered when creating a skin for CS:GO, such as wear patterns, alpha channels, etc.? 4.
