Speech/Text Recognition

We have a project about photography, taking photos of printed English text in local America. Attached are the sample photos and more details are in below. Work: -Using phone/camera/iPad/other devices to take photos of printed English texts in different scenarios with different lighting in local America. - Basic scenario: In-door and Out-door -Detail scenario, 14 in total, includes In-door: 1)  Shopping malls 2)  Shops (along-road shops and super markets) 3)  Museums 4)  Residence, including hotels, apartments, houses, hospitals. 5)  Schools and gyms 6)  Subway stations 7)  Railway stations 8)  Libraries 9)  Others, for example restaurants, churches, business offices, etc. Out-door: 1)  Streets 2)  Roads 3)  Squares 4)  Scenery spots (with scenery spots of famous squares and parks excluded) 5)  Others, for example open-parking ground, bus stop, subway stations, etc. Requirements: - People who is physically located in US right now, no limitation for nationalities or ages. - Possessing a phone/camera/iPad/other photographing device that can provide at least 8,000,000 pixels and png. /jpg. format pictures - People who is living near the described scenarios as above would be very suitable for this project. - required to work at least 2 days, and provide 1000 photos, weekly. - People who is skilled at photographing is preferred. - If you can recommend candidates to us, we can also provide a recommendation fee for you. Salary: -USD payment: 50$/500 valid pics, for the first 2000 pics; for 2001+, 65$ /500 valid pics -RMB payment: 350¥/500 valid pics, for the first 2000 pics; for 2001+, 450$ /500 valid pics Others: We also need 3 full time freelancers to work from Monday to Friday regularly. -And full time is required to complete 500 photos every day with at least 95% accuracy. -Normally it would be fine to achieve this goal, but if you think you need help, you can also have a friend ot cooperate with you.
