We have purchased PerlDesk email ticketing software written in Perl. We require a few changes made to the scripts to allow us to:
Receive attachments (all types) - currently only certain types work
Send attachments to customers
Show the name of the customer - from email header (as we use this for sales and not support and dont require registration)
And a few other minor changes.
