I have a long standing interest to work on OBD protocol. I am well capable to handle this product design and we can discuss more on this when contacted. However, I am assuming this is a commercial product for selling so this is quite normal that it will have one or two iterations on hardware design part. Hence the pricing I shown here is just for hardware side design with up to 1-2 iterations which are included in this price. In regards to the Firmware part as well as desktop application development we can discuss this in details after having full spec and other details. I have more than 20 years of programming experience and similar in hardware designs. I always like to provide complete solution. One more aspect to this job is, I have only one Hyundai car (yes I use OBD scanner as and when needed) and for the complete testing of this product, you will need to test at your side with many cars as you can arrange.
