Exchange account Backup Script

For one of my client we need a script that does the following: a - get user password from the user b - connects to an exchange server (imap/pop/owa), and creates a .pst backup of the user account c - uploads the pst to an FTP server we supply. d - sends a mail or message on job done. Script should work without outlook/outlook express etc, and should have minimum extra installs on the client computer. script should run on windows Xp -> 8 Project budget is 46$ Good luck.
