Five page booking module

Hi, Website design is not required as we have already done that. We need a 5 page booking system. 1. Select multiple dates from a calender and number of people: Display total price based on number of days and people selected and click on next. Should go to next page and show what they have selected and total in this page. 2. Select accommodation ( All hotels will be displayed and they should select checkin, checkout, number of people, room type etc..) All hotels will be displayed on the same page no search required, total price should change and all details should go to next page 3. Select extra activities ( Allow people to select multiple activities, people should what they have selected and total price) 4. Fill out a form with personal details and click on finish (save data in database and customer should receive an email with all selected details and a copy to admin) 5. Not yet decided might need to accept paypal payments straight away or put a box where customer can enter their number to retrieve total amount and click on pay.
