Hello! I need a software module in .Net to remove/blur the european license plate on a vehicle photo. - Photos are taken in different angles so the software need to be able to recognize license plates in perspective. - Portuguese/European license plates type ([login to view URL]) - Just need to blur the lincese plate. No OCR is needed. - Photo format in JPG or PNG (resolution: 640 x 480 and up). - The .Net function should be able to accept an input and output file and return "true" in case of success or "false" if no license plate was identify. - Please see photo examples (more photos will be provided to the winner) Thanks
