Write an iPhone and Android Dummy Prototype Application

This project is all about creating a dummy application in both android and iPhone that support all device types, screen sizes, etc. The app does not communication, no api integration, just basically a dummy app with pre-determined screen objects and pre-determined menu options. The bidder must be creative to create a menuing system, and know how to natively use objects on the screen to support each device's native look and feel. (i.e. drop down menus, sliders, calendar controls, text fields, radio buttons, checkboxes, multi-line text, etc. The application has to also serve as a FACE-LIFT to an existing app available on the app stores today. It should not look totally different as users will be confused if we were to change the applications all look and feel. upon screening the bidder's portfolio and experience in this field will we share the application that needs to be face-lifted.
