Write an Android application

Create a Mobile app for Android to build a customer loyalty program for a Restaurant. A customer receives 1 point for every dollar spent. After reaching 10 points (just a sample - there must be a capability to set/adjust the point limit for offers), the customer receives a $10 voucher. This for demo so you can use any non-existing restaurant name. When the customer installs the app for the first time, it must collect the Name, email address and phone number and an unique bar-code must be set which will be used to scan every time to add points. Alternatively, set a secret code which the super market representative uses to add points manually. There should be a back-end database table to collect all the Customer details and storage of points and store as a record with an unique identifier for each bar code. I'm not an expert in Mobile app development. Please let me know if this can be done. Your thoughts and ideas are much appreciated.
