Require Interactive BADA C++ programmer

I am looking for a kickAss **BADA C++** app developer. One who has thorough knowledge of app development for Samsung BADA phones. It won't be enough that you can punch in a few C++ classes, I need someone who can improvise my design too. If you are going to respond, mention your previous works. Some features of this app will be connecting to server, downloading files, encrypting/decrypting files, displaying files, gathering data and reporting back to the server .. Details will be given to those who are eligible. I am looking for a very interactive and communicative programmer. Project will be unit tested on a daily basis. Which means that once you are done coding a particular functionality .. you must forward the same to me with relevant testing classes so that I can test and be satisfied that the code is solid. If you think you are "Charlie" from "Two and a Half Men", who loves working, drinking and dreaming alone, then this project is not for you. Looking for a guy/gal with the right attitude. I am not a coder but have had enough bad experiences with freelancers to know not to blindly hand over the project to someone and then wait for 3 weeks just to find out that he/she has done a horrible job.
