Need an app built. Need both android and ios

I need a basic app built., It is a very simple app. Need both Android and iOS. Below are specifics. 1. Need you to take the project from design to development of both apps. 2. Payment will be made via escrow only and we will release only on project completion. 3. Concept is simple. Below are requirements. Requirement: 1. Good design. 2. Sign up for app should be simple. Email and password. 3. User should also be able to sign up/login using facebook and google, in addition to user id and password. 4. After user sign up, they should be asked to create a profile. In profile, we will need Name, address, phone, email. After this info is filled and submitted, app will generate a bar code. 5. User should be able to pull up the bar code that can be scanned at POS at a retail store. 6. User should be able to edit their profile data as needed. 7. Verify email and phone number using email verification and also phone number through pin. Project is simple as noted above. I like to get this project done within 20 days for both Android and iOS. Looking for experienced programmers that have a good track record and reviews. Also looking for existing APPs completed in the recent past that I can actually test and see functionality.
