Location based directory app with discount coupons

Directory type app organized by geographic region/country and city/location (example: Mexico – Cancun.) Start with one geographic location (Cancun) and be able to add as many regions and locations as needed. Business listings organized by location and category (example: dining, shopping, services) offering discount coupons. When the user opens the app, it should default view the businesses closest to their location (I believe this can be enabled with Google Maps and location enabled on the user’s device.) The businesses could be shown in order by rating or alphabetically or if the business pays more to be pushed to the top of the listings. The user can further filter to view certain types of businesses only and other locations (like you can in Google Maps.) Ability for business owner to add themselves, select their plan (basic or premium) and sign up for recurring billing with a credit card, either monthly or yearly at a discounted [login to view URL] has access to add and edit everything. Admin should be able to grant sub-admin access for the case of salespeople/location managers to manage specific locations. Overall, we want an easy, user friendly experience for the users, the business owners and the admins, as simple as possible to use and manage once it is set up.
