Fitness App with BLE connectivity -- 2

Hello there We are a small start-up and looking for a developer (or developer team) to code a free fitness app. The app will have the ability to connect the user’s smartphone with an electronic sensor device via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). We already have a basic technical proof-of-principle app for Android showing the live sensor data readings and saving those into a .csv file on the user’s phone. Technical requirements of the app: - 1. Smartphone version for either Android, IOS or both - 2. Pairing the phone to our device via BLE (we provide you with the firmware codes) - 3. Receiving live data from our device (we provide you with the BLE service and characteristic) - 4. Data processing: counting reps and sets, comparing force profile with expected, creating appropriate charts (we provide you with C codes) - 5. Saving processed live data onto the user’s phone - 6. Ability to upload user’s data onto our server automatically App pages: - 1. Welcome page: user login and ability to connect the phone to our device - 2. User profile page: ability to update user data (personal details: gender, weight, height) - 3. Workouts list: ability to search by muscle groups, scroll and select one - 3.1. Exercises in workout page: ability to modify the number of reps and sets for each exercise - 4. Live workout page: showing exercise’s video animation, showing live sensor data, counting reps and sets, countdown between sets, being able to pause/resume or stop/save/cancel data - 5. Workout history page in calendar view: ability to click on the dates to start exercising a workout - 6. Download page: ability to connect to our web server and download new workouts - 7. Feedback page: built-in form to send a message to our email-address Similar apps to compare (but without interacting sensor device): - Virtual Trainer Resistance Bands - TRX Training We will provide you with the UX design, list of 100 exercises, 20 sec exercise videos and list of 20 workouts. Please include in your proposal the expected timescale, costs and examples of your past work on the relevant platforms. Please highlight any differences in costs for Android, IOS or combined development. Especially include any fitness or tracking related products, or those that interact with a physical device via Bluetooth.
