Write an Android application -- 3

Greetings!, I want an app users can download that will flip the display (top to bottom) on their smart phones while using their preferred navigation app. A nice feature would be an easy means of adjusting display brightness and color scheme while using the app. The idea is that they can put their phones down on their dashboards so the display is facing up which will be reflected back from the windshield/windscreen reversed again because it is reflected so that it appears as if the display is hovering ghostlike in front of them without disturbing the driver's ability to see the road. The idea is to provide a simple means of using their favorite navigation app as a Heads Up Display (HUD). I don't want a copy of a NAV app! For instance, I prefer to use Google Maps. If I could flip the display while driving at night, I could lay the phone down on my dashboard beneath my windshield (lengthwise or sideways) and use it as a HUD so I wouldn't have to take my eyes off the road. The only things I have found in the PlayStore that were similar use their own nav app which can be problematic and at least requires another sale and learning curve for the user. It needs to present legible text so it can be easily read in the reflection of the windscreen. The ability to accept voice commands to be 'brighter' or 'dimmer' or 'night colors' or 'off' or 'on' would be nice to haves.
