Write an Android application done

Hi.. first of all this app is high quality drawing app just like "draw something 2" if you know this application. the drawing tools are not easy to do though there are only 5 tools to make. the application uses social sharing via facebook, twitter, whatsapp aplication and google+ : most of the application is already done but there are few things to take care of - making the drawing tools, the store (where you buy the tools in real money), a little bit improvment in the design that already made and settings screen (background music for example)iphone android . I have apk file. But will send me you will sign NDA. can you do it? after finish it i need ios app. Payment: 50% work done 50% payment and rest of the after done. milestone will be created when I will see progress.
