Write an Android application of e-book with authorisation by SMS feature

Hi Masters! I want an android application both for mobile phones an tablets. This application will be an e-book. When a user downloads it from market and installs it on his/her phone, the application shuold ask authorisation of the device. I see it as a single screen with sample authorisation policy and buttons to get authorised. When the user click on the button, the application sends an SMS to a predefined number, lets say 7777, with applications and phones unique ID codes (IMEI?). The server then sends back a generated serial number as SMS. When the e-book application receives the serial number, it will decode it back to app an phone ID, if it is OK, it should open next activity, lets say contents page of the e-book and never ask the authorisation for this device again. The application must display the html files in a separate folder as a contents of the e-book. Files must be named as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and so on, which i will change and add the contents of the real book and make several e-book applications. The e-book must also have contents page and search for text feature. Contents of the book will be in a cyrillic text format. Another server application will receive the SMS sent by the e-book user, reads it, generates a serial number from it, and sends back an SMS to the users phone. It should alsoo keep log of senders phone number, application and Phone ID in a easily transerred to a PC data sheet, such as csv file or xls. Thus I need two aplications. 1) sample e-book application, 2) server application. Your ideas are welcome.
