Need an Android app which will incorporate Twitter

I am looking to have an Android App created which will involve Twitter during live events. For example, during Chicago Cubs games, instead of going to [login to view URL] and following my whole Twitter feed, I would like all Chicago Cubs related tweets during the game to be put in a "room" on the app so when I log onto the app and go to my Chicago Cubs "room" only other Twitter users I designate and any Cubs related Hashtags I designate, like #Cubs will show in my Cubs "room. Eventually I would like more and more rooms that any user can create with their interests, but right now, I would only like a Chicago Cubs one created. So I will be able to designate which users and hashtags I want, and then those Twitter users tweets and any users who use a hashtag I designate will automatically import into my Chicago Cubs Twitter "room. So then during the game, in my Chicago Cubs room I will only be reading tweets of other people that involve my designations no my whole Twitter feed. I think this should be pretty simple for someone who knows Android and Twitter API. Please ask with any questions.
