These are a set of exercises that are to be performed after surgery similar to a physical therapy regiment involving two sets of exercises (A & B). The app should have the ability to adjust the frequency and duration of each set of exercises and the ability to remind the individual with an alarm as well as provide illustrative and accompanying video or diagrams. Exercise A will be performed every waking hour (adjustable) for the first 3-5 days following surgery and involve a set of 3 exercises. Exercise B will consist 5 exercises performed on the right or left 1-3 times a day) beginning 3-4 days after surgery.
