Android phone app - Posting regular updates to Social Media sites - repost

The objective is to create an app that provides the ability to capture a sporting score and in turn send that score to a number of destinations using a smartphone. Future enhancements to the application will cover additional sports and so the "score capture" component will need to be built independently to other components within the app. The app will need to be written to function on an Android OS (from version 2.1 to version 4.2) on a device that has Internet capability via both WiFi and 3G. To be successful in winning this project the bidder will need to demonstrate the following capabilities - willing to sign an Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) - has completed at least 10 projects with an average performance rating above 5 - able to converse in English - able to design and create Android based apps to a high standard - able to complete the UI design as well as the program code - past experience with Facebook and Twitter API's - past experience with SMS/TXT function on an Android smartphone - past experience with email function on an Android smartphone A high level specification is attached - more details will be supplied to bid winner
