I have worked as an Administrative Executive for over eight years in a Property Appraisal/Real Estate firm. In that time, I have perfected my skills in general office operations - data entry, making outbound and taking inbound calls, resolving customer problems, taking orders, and collecting payment. Moreover, I have helped in mentoring and supervising other Administrative Executives and members of staff. I have coordinated and supervised all tasks assigned to the Administrative and Inspection team.
I am a great team player and I am good in communicative roles, computer efficiency, and work hard to make sure that targets are met. I have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and I use both on a daily basis. I would like to be considered a strong candidate for this post because I do believe I have the necessary qualifications.
