SIZING OF A BATTERY SYSTEM

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with sizing a battery system for residential use. The desired capacity of the battery system is more than 20 kWh (but this capacity should be found) and I prefer to use Lithium Ion battery technology. Skills and Experience: - Experience in sizing battery systems for residential use - Knowledge of different battery technologies, specifically Lithium Ion - Understanding of energy storage requirements and calculations - Ability to recommend suitable battery brands and models based on the desired capacity and technology preference. The important things about the model: In MATLAB, design an Energy Storage System (ESS) or a battery system. It should be part of a Hybrid Energy System which apart from the battery storage technology, must have fuel cell technology (electrolyze, H2 tank, etc.), grid-connected mode and the existence of the load. The model is for residential use for one year. The output of the code must be the sizing of the battery (i.e., the kWh, the voltage, and other important characteristics of the battery), considering the minimum cost of ESS and the maximum possible self-consumption of the system using optimization approaches. The code also should show charts like the SOC of the battery, the power of the sources, the load, and other graphs you considered good. The autonomy of the battery can be 1 or 2 days, but it should work for the whole year. Features: *50 Residential Units (households). The Power information will be provided by me. Time step= 1 hour. The whole time is 1 year. Pmin= 0.177 kw, Pmax= 112.7 kw, mean= 45 kw. *Fixed-sized PV generation. Irradiance will be provided by me. The PV output could be computed by: PVout= Irradiance*AreaPanel* Efficiency. The area panel should be adjusted according to the best size of the array based on the costs, for instance: 100m2,`or 250 m2, etc. Time step= 1 hour. The whole time is 1 year. *The grid 34 kV Phase-to-phase voltage (Vrms): 150 kW as max. (to be confirmed) f is 50 Hz *The initial value of the storage is at 50% of the State of Charge (both battery and hydrogen). *The ESS costs, the maintenance cost, the cost from the grid, the initial investment, the number of cycles of the battery, and the battery efficiency should be considered. *The design also must consider the minimum cost of ESS and maximize the self-consumption (i.e., >60%). *Here, optimization processes like Linear Programing, Heuristic, and Particle Swarm Optimization can be used. Choose only 2 and compare them without the optimization process. Important> Provide a detailed design explanation of what the model does, the inputs, the outputs, and every important detail to be considered.
