Need to market the Bench of skilled Technical Professional consultant
•Experience interacting with primary vendors
•Cold-calling, attending client meetings & getting new business from the clients.
•Proven Track Record in Business development
•Must have knowledge on W2, Corp to Corp, 1099 (US tax terms)
•Strong skills in working with various job portals and searching social networking sites.
•Work with different job portals like DICE, Monster, Techfetch, Career Builders, ProHires etc.
•Should be familiar with posting requirements and generating effective leads for job opportunities for consultants through social media ---LinkedIn groups, Google groups, etc. Negotiate rates and salaries.
•Should have a good understanding of all the contracts and paperwork that need to be signed from Candidate and clients pre and post interviews/placement
•Should be able to handle multiple quality submissions for several consultants on a daily basis.
•Responsible for entire sales life cycle until closure
Required skills:
•Must have good network with Prime vendors and Implementation partners.
•Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
