Responsibilities

• Take Customers through the 5 step (greet, qualify, recommend, close, go the extra mile) Sales process

ĥ Discuss available options (good, better, best)

ĥ Suggest related items/services outside of department that customer may need

ƒƒ• Escort customers to appropriate solution, no matter what department

• Research, plan and implement campaigns to support the brand.

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales clients and other trade factors.

• Liaise with external agencies, ensure project requests are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales

• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

• Ensure smooth running of the production process, with particular responsibility for accurate setting of copy design and artwork.

• Manage responsibility for budgets and ensure that all deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.

• Appreciate importance of legal and regulatory frameworks.

Personal Specification

• Marketing/business related degree desirable.

• Proven experience in project management, in a marketing role.

• Ability to work well in multidiscipline/cross-functional teams.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build close-knit relationships with outside agencies.

• Strong analytical, administrative and organisation skills and great attention to detail.

• Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm.

• Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and multi task.

• Good communicator.
