Marketing & Awareness to Lead Generation

I am looking for a marketing professional that will ultimately be responsible for the marketing and branding of the business, which is predominantly online. The successful candidate will be required to drive good traffic through to the site, that is of value and ultimately leads to lead generation of the product. This will be an hourly paid project that does not have a definite end date. However, the success of the candidate will drive the duration of the contract. The candidate will be monitored on the following KPI's: Number of leads generated Conversion of leads to sale Number of Unique website Visitors Number of followers on LinkedIn Number of followers on Twitter Number of Facebook Followers The candidate will be responsible for giving a marketing plan and then be required to give feedback on improvements and what needs to be done.
