Job Opportunity: Prospecting and Engagement Specialist We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Freelance Prospecting and Engagement Specialist at our Fashion Ecommerce Platform/Funded Startup based in the heart of New York. Key Responsibilities: ? Prospecting and Engagement: Identify and research potential fashion stores globally aligned with the platform's ethos and target audience. Initiate and conduct outreach campaigns, presentations, and meetings to introduce the benefits of joining the international fashion stores society. Engage in effective communication to explain the value proposition, features, and advantages of being a part of the platform. ? Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with fashion store owners, managers, and decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contact, providing guidance, support, and information on the platform's offerings. Address queries, concerns, and objections while emphasizing the mutual benefits of collaboration. ? Collaboration and Onboarding: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, support) to coordinate onboarding processes for new fashion stores onto the platform. Ensure a smooth transition and assist in the integration and setup of stores within the platform's ecosystem. Provide ongoing support and assistance to stores during the initial setup phase. ? Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics related to store acquisition and engagement. Generate regular reports on progress, conversion rates, and key insights to optimize outreach strategies. ? Market Insights and Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. Use gathered insights to contribute to the development of marketing strategies and enhancement of the platform's value proposition. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the fashion industry. In-depth knowledge of fashion retail, e-commerce, and store operations. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and analytical tools. Additional Requirements: Freelancer with a passion for the fashion industry.
