Two websites integration

Hi there Developpers, I - We are looking to have two websites integrated into each other; The first one is the one we promote from which the customers will place orders. The second one is our supplier's . Now, this is what our company needs: When the customers place an order from site #1, that order needs to be directed to site # 2 transferring all customers information. II - A logo design III- Uploading all inventory: I will direct you to our competition website. you should be able to copy all items they have listed, plus the ones we have on our supplier's website. Then add items that the supplier has too. and then delete those that are not listed on the supplier's website. the winner of this project will get paid in full right after the system has been tested and deemed successful in addition to an UNLIMITED MONTHLY payment of $500 for maintenance if you choose so.
