Yocto Project / Bitbake - Embedded Engineer

Hi, I have worked with yocto for many projects but I am not sure what level of expertise you require here. Here is a listing of what I master in yocto and you can tell me if you think that should be sufficient : 1- I can add layers (to add a library, an application, a kernel module, a staging script ..) 2- I can update existing layers (to optimize them, to fix errors ..) 3- I can compile manually different packages using the yocto environment (i.e. I enter yocto shell and use the same env as yocto) 4- I can build manually using the generated yocto toolchain 5- I can debug building problems, or recipe parsing problems 6- I can fully customize the produced image by adding/removing/updating packages This is what I have in mind now. Now about embedded linux, I believe I have more expertise than what you would need in your project. I do also have extensive experience scripting in bash to automate stuff. Hi, I am an embedded Linux engineer. I have strong experience with a variety of embedded Linux/IOT projects. I have developed several firmwares for my clients using different programming languages and multiple frameworks (Open Embedded, OpenWRT..): - A home automation gateway (controlled via cloud server through mobile phone/Web platform, Remote upgrade) - Developing and maintaining high scalable management servers - A dropbox-like application (QT/C++) - A 3G/Wifi/Ethernet Router (Networking, sharing, remote management...) - A wireless hotspot authentication box (client side + server side) - An embedded wifi sniffer (Real time data to database) - A streaming camera solution (built with C/python, multi-threading..) What board would be the build process with Yocto Project? This may influence the working time. Could detail a little better the requirements for the build Embedded Linux?
