Finish developing a website

I'm looking for a fairly experienced full stack web developer who can work with a pre-existing framework (Lorekeeper) made on Laravel. My website is [login to view URL] An ARPG (Art Roleplaying Game) is a creativity-driven game for artists. In other words, you need to create art of your character to play the game. Because of the nature of an ARPG, they are best managed on their own website; thus, I am in the market to hire a developer. Here's a general list of what is needed, described to the best of my abilities, as I know next to nothing about coding: - An overhaul of the website's cosmetics (front end development?). Work has already begun but is still clunky and largely unfinished. You'll be able to view some mockups I've made that picture exactly how I'd like the site to look should you be hired for this project. - Redesigning the crafting system to be more user friendly, with a visual heavy UI (it's very text and checkbox based as of the framework; visual assets can be provided if needed). - Adding an expedition "minigame" where users can send their character on a timed journey with the click of a button (not really any gameplay; a user selects the icon of the character they'd like to send out, where they'll send them, and the amount of time of the expedition). - Adding an interactive world map that allows players to click and drag around, and hover over locations and read about them. - Adding a "friend" system so that players can send each other friend requests, view their friends list, and quickly visit their friends' profiles. - Adding something akin to Genshin Impact's "wish" system; a primarily visual gacha event where players can spend in-game currency to make "prayers" that will give them random items/allies, with a pity system. - Adding an automatic achievement system, if Lorekeeper doesn't have one already. - Adding a e-shop for users to directly purchase characters from. We sell characters that the designer manually has to issue invoices for after someone claims one, but it would be easier to allow our designers to just put their designs up for sale and customers can add them to their cart, like in other e-stores. - Adding a trading center for users to post an item/character for trade and other users can offer what they've listed as seeking. The user who listed the trade can then view the offers made and if both players still have the items, the trade will be accepted if selected. - Adding a "top-up shop" for players to purchase virtual currency that can be spent on various things across the site. - Removing the need to link a DeviantArt/Twitter account when signing up as I do not think this is necessary for the route I'd like to take the website.
