Joomla Expert needed

Hi -- My name is Jack Crittenden, [Posting of Contact Information is Prohibited - GAF Admin] -- My web site is [login to view URL] built with Joomla. The programmer that built it for me died. I tried editing the home page and deleted some of the content. you can see the large white space on the left. I have content for this but it didn’t get published. I don’t know the steps to do this correctly. One of the things the last programmer did for me so I could edit certain aspects of my own site was make videos for me showing me how to do things step by step. Example: Edit Question tutorial (add more info for correct answer and add picture) - [login to view URL] Add Sections and Tests tutorial  - [login to view URL] I would like videos of “how” to edit certain aspects of my site so I won’t have to constantly depend on other people. What needs to be done to bring my site up to par........ The home page needs to be edited. - please make a video how this is done for me.. Also how do you change the meta tags for the home page. - video right now I am having a problem with the page when a member logs in, the page doesn’t have the members only menu options available. ---SO right now I have the members options menu there but on the wrong page,(it should be on the following page after they sign in with their user name and password) any one can log in and the members only menu options are available. this needs to be changed so only paid members with a valid login id can use the site. in the members only section, individual state resources, there is a column on the right that is blank when you are on the page with all the listed states, and when you click on any state - it has log in and password form there, it should have the menu options there so the user doesn’t have to always use the back button......they are already logged in ! the same when they are on the page with all the states listed, the menu should be there.... The same with test your knowledge, on the right side there is an empty column - the menu should be there. I am sure this is the same in all the sections in the members only sections, the menu should be in the column on the right side... I would like to know how to change the picture in the members only section and and on the login page.. video.. This is my overall plan, I like the core of this website, ([login to view URL]) the members only paid section. what I want to do is direct several other Home pages to this main site. I want it to look like the core of the main site is transparent with the incoming home page, no matter which one it is. So, when a user clicks the back button, it will go back to the original page they logged onto ...... example.. I have several domain names that are hit on several thousand times each month - like [login to view URL], or [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] -- I will have one or two pages with each of these domains and then when they sign up it will direct them to the main site that is already built [login to view URL] -- I will build these sites myself........... Also - on the main site, cdlcheatsheet, regarding the menu bar pages, I would like to have “Driving Jobs” deleted, and on the pages, No Hidden Costs, Insider Tips, Take A Sample Test, Only $19.95 , Sign Me Up --- all these pages should only have a “back” button Or a yellow sign up logo, because I will have multiple home pages linking to these pages, so the only options users should get is if they want to go back to the original page they came from .... or.... they sign up, is which I want..... (the yellow logo that is at the top of the page -$19.95 and check mark.) the member login should probably be only on the home page, that makes the most sense. also make a video how to do this..... I know if someone knows Joomla very well, these changes will not be difficult and will not take that much time...... Please give me a quote with $$ and time you believe this will take....
