Since your rank increases after a payment an implementation already exists but the condition on which to do so might be wrong. There could also be other issues creating a false rank as a side effect. It might be enough to see the PHP file implementing the feature but I would recomment to allow access to your server. Please contact me ideally with a URL and access details.
