Make my react.js application enable ci/cd pipeline with digital ocean using github actions

Hello there! I'm looking for a freelancer to help me set up a Continuous Integration (CI) pipeline for my react.js application using DigitalOcean and GitHub Actions. The expected architecture should be based on a serverless approach, as well as using a DigitalOcean Droplet. The result should be a CI/CD pipeline that is able to detect any changes on the Github repository and automatically deploy them on the DigitalOcean Droplet. I'm new to setting up CI/CD pipelines, so I will be expecting the freelancer I hire to guide me through the entire process. In addition, I expect the resulting pipeline to be secure and reliable to ensure my application is safely maintained and deployed.
