I have made a time sheet on google form that I wish to send to my employees. In the timesheet I ask my employees to fill in their hours worked in the month, and I would like a formula to calculate the commission they owe me. Some hours they do are free therefore thos hours are not chargeable. They will owe me £5 per chargeable hour. therefore commission = (total hours worked in the month minus non chargeable hours) x £5. I then ask them if they would like to pay by cash or through online banking. if they would like to pay by online banking - I would like to add into the form a link to my paypal where they can pay me directly into my paypal then complete the form. is this possible?
Are you looking at just directing your employee to a generic link or integrating the payment gateway. It is possible to include a payment link (requires some heavy duty scripting) after submit or even integrate with the payment API, but it is not possible to integrate the API when the user is in the middle of the form. You can of course display a generic payment link using conditional branching if employee elects to pay online.
