Fix jQuery Materialize and SweetAlert issue. -- 4

I have materialize popup form. When i do any change in form fields it should ask me confirmation box On click of close icon. in confirmation box there are 3 fields Save, don't save, close For every purpose code is already written. when i don't do any changes and click close icon form should close. like this. THis should be working all things after your changes will apply. It means there must not be any bug or error/bug happen during your changes. All required things and files are attached in project description you can download both files and start work. Confirmation box is in sweetalert plugin and form plugin i mean popup is materialize. Note: the current code is only piece of html and jquery files. your changes will apply on server and will be checked either its working or not if not you have to fix it remotely to be honest. If you do not mentioned how many files in project description i have attached in top of your bid. your bid will mark as scam and not be consider. Thank you!
