I've done a Electron POC, in fact we're distributing one of application in my organization the same way. I'll need one day. After installation, there will be a shortcut, which will open a window, with link to whatever page you want. Menubar can also be setup (link to help page), but that will cost extra ($20-$30, would be able to tell after requirement) Just for heads-up, installer size will be greater than 50 MB, because Electron's binary are also included with first installation. Later delta-updates can be provided.
