Build one Web page with video hls.js player and 2 buttons

We need one static web page (HTML, CSS, JS) that will have the following behavior/features: 1. It will have one video player for playing hls streams - we want to use [login to view URL] video player which is free. There should be no play/pause button - only volume slider on the player. For the other config parameters for the player like buffer size etc., we will give you config parameters for the player that we need. We will also give you the stream url (it will be an hls url which [login to view URL] player can play) . 2. There will be 2 buttons at the bottom of the player - Red button with "Censor" written and green button with "Normalize" written on it. 3. The video and the buttons should be responsive and full screen on mobile screens of any size and full width of container on desktop. 4. when player loads it will start playing the stream and also send a get request to a url (our rest api url which we will give you). Based on the returned value in the response you will disable one button and keep only one button enabled (which one will depend on the response you get). If you get an error you will display an error but video will not be paused. 5. when user presses a button you will send get request to another url which will give a response and based on the response you will enable disable one of the two buttons. We will give you the hls video url, the api request urls, request parameters, response checks, and the player config parameters once we award the project. But the flow will be as mentioned above.
