711 PSD Photoshop sliced and coded to live website

I have a photoshop file that I need sliced and coded into a live website. The basic layout of the site is the same for all pages (header, footer, content area, etc) however some of the pages will require extra coding as they will showcase different items for sale in different ways. No shopping cart or e-commerce is needed, just a brochure type site. There are some FLASH elements that need to be incorporated into the site (NOT an entire Flash site, just some components that I can provide the FLA base code for) or open to any suggestions that provide the same functionality that can be non Flash if you can code it in some other manner. One page will also contain a blog section (page layout the same but need blog software for the content area - OK to use premade like wordpress etc). There will be a contact form, simple layout using php sendmail or similar and another form for merchandise inquiry (again no shopping cart or e-commerce just a form to send mail based on what a site visitor is viewing when they click "get more info" button). I can provide screen shots if needed, and will provide PSD photoshop file. Site must EXACTLY match the photoshop file in look, size, layout, color, text etc (I do not need any design changes or design help, just coding). The site must render and function correctly in IE6 up, Firefox2 up, Safari, Chrome, and Opera. Site must be code compliant and code should be documented. Site will be hosted on a Linux server with PHP/MySQL support if needed. Please respond on PMB with questions. The basic framework and regular pages need to be returned very quickly, the more complicated pages can take a little longer if needed. I need a company or coder that is flexible and can change minor details as the client suggests. there could be additional pages or sections added as we go and I understand IF that happens the price could change for these additions, but not for edits or fixes to the original content.
