Website Desgin HTML, JavaScripts, Maybe some Flash, Graphic design

I need an html site built along the lines of this site: [login to view URL] it will need to be redesigned in terms of layouts, overall feel and application. Feel free to bid if you cant replicate the introduction, but it would help your bid alot if you can. The new feel will look like a marble surface. Imagine a marble table top, or a marble floor. The titles for the headings should look like they are etched into it. Ie inscribed/chissled into the marble. These are the titles for the menu's which must be down the left hand side: * Home - some blah blah about Arena like the about us on [login to view URL] * About Us (with a drop down menu about quality, environmental, health & safety) * Projects (different projects we've worked on) * Finishes (marble, limestone, ceramic tiling, mosaic etc) * technical information (like the one on arenafurnishings with links to mapei, ardex etc) * Contact Us (with our details - but nothing like ''email your enquiry and we get back to you'') It will have to have a picture rotator in it similar to the one on the top left of this site: [login to view URL] Although i think we would appreciate one that you can click and it will take you to that particular page, that would work better. The main logo will need to change and our company name is now Arena Stone and Ceramics. As per the attached [login to view URL] the moment there is some flexibility as to colours, however I think it would be better if they were close to those in the logo if possible. We will flesh those headings out and make them look better and work better to create the actual content, however the first deliverable will to have the framewrok as I've discussed ready for Tuesday 12 noon GMT. I think that you can get the jist(general idea of the site looking at the original website. The final project will need to be finished for the end of the month. I will select someone to work on this project, based on reputation, and will be looking for someone who can work quickly, accurately, reatively and with minimal supervision. This will result in many subsequent projects. Do not try to contact anyone outside of gaf. I look forward to working with some talented webdesigners well into the future. Useful creative additions will be rewarded with bounses.
