I worked for a well-known American company in the transcription industry for 3 months and I've acquired some good knowledge in the field. I was born and live in the hinterland of Milan, the most important business city in Italy. I'm married and I have a 30 year-old daughter. I have a high school Diploma in Tourism, and I also studied at the Cambridge School of Milan, Italy. As a secretary and customer service operator I acquired a lot of experience by working in the past with some multinational companies. I know English, some French and I can type very fast on the PC. I understand every context perfectly and I have no difficulty in translating / transcribing in the most detailed and coherent way. I am a 26 year old boy, father, husband and very talented man.
