Youtube Channel Promotion and Exposure to Target Audience

I am a small Youtuber with 200 subs. My issue is that my content is not being seen by a large enough audience. What I Need:- >Promotion of content through various public domains (Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Forums) in a way that is genuine and does NOT break rules or spams. >Advice and management of social media as well as direct profile management. >Guidance with my content (gaming content) and knowledge to understand the various trends of gaming on Youtube. >Noticeable channel growth (100 sub target) with genuine viewers and NOT view bots. What I Look For in a Freelancer:- >Someone with an understanding of gaming, even if it's just basic or someone open-minded enough to research. >Compassionate and communicative, so they can listen and tailor the job to my needs. >Interest in Youtube and video content. >Various social media managerial experience or someone with a significant social media following. >A guarantee of growth. I have NO time frame for this work and no pressure. I'm not looking to nag you and work you hard. That being said, I expect dedication and a passion to help my channel suceed.
