Senior Paid Media Buyer (Facebook)

Looking for someone with 3-5 years experience in eCom direct-response advertising in Paid Facebook/Instagram ads who stays ahead of the learning curve & maintains the highest level of knowledge and understanding of Facebook's ad ecosystem by staying informed of the latest changes in the ad auction, ad formats, ad policies, and strategies. Must have experience in Beauty Space(Personal Care, Cosmetics, Makeup, etc) too + Willing to work for Long-term. Benefits: - We can bring you as many clients as you can handle - Our clients have 3 to 6-month minimum contracts so this will ensure steady reliable income for you Technical Requirements: - Demonstrable experience managing campaign budgets greater than $K monthly. - Continuously monitor campaign performance and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS), while suggesting and executing ongoing optimization strategies to hit and exceed assigned KPIs - Create and analyze campaign performance reports - Expert-level knowledge in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager navigation - Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most efficient results - Constantly learn and experiment with new effective bidding, placement, and management techniques - Effectively manage hundreds of advertising sets at high budgets daily. - Develop a collaborative relationship with internal creative teams to develop cutting-edge media assets. - Before submitting your application please include the word donn, at the start of your application. - Monitor costs and return on investment each day while focusing on driving top-line sales. - Make insight-driven recommendations to improve strategy based on business objectives Responsibilities: - Manage and scale campaigns for e-commerce & beauty space clients - Send Weekly Loom video (just a few minutes long) going through results - Weekly/Monthly Zoom meetings with myself and the client to discuss results Would be Awesome if: - You have other skills' experience too, i.e. Google Ads, SEO, Copywriting for creatives.
