I need telephone support to call car dealers in Norway in NATIVE Norwegian.

I am looking for someone to be able to call managers of car dealers in Norway, explain about a video messaging tool which a car dealer can use to sell more cars or do more repairs and try to establish a zoom call at a later stadium which I will then take care of. So only cold calling and trying to schedule a follow up call with a manager of a dealership.
