Paid $25 per sign up to adult cam site need 25+ in 4 days

I am looking for someone who has experience in getting paid sign ups/leads. The program you will market is an adult webcam site through a link n my main adult page. They need to all be unique ip addresses and can come from different countries. I will provide the list of countries to the winner. I need at least 25 sign ups by 11/15. The adult cam site is free to join, however the sign up needs to purchase at least $25 in credit to the site in order for it to count as a lead.
