Link Building Project 300 PR5+ Required - 3 Month Contract

We have an ongoing project for SEO Link Building for a site. We will provide Keywords and URLS at the start of the project. This is a mid-term project that is to take place over the course of 3 months and we require 100 Links per month, spread evenly over the URL’s AND Keywords provided. Guidelines: No Black Hat or Grey hat techniques. Only White hat techniques. + Links must be DIRECTLY from a Google PR5+ pages ONLY + All linking websites must be English ONLY in US, Australia, Canada, or Europe. + All linking websites must be .COM, .ORG, .NET, .[login to view URL], .GOV, .[login to view URL] + At least 30% of the links must be from .[login to view URL] links + Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. + Links Must be DOFOLLOW + Links must be permanent and static HTML. + The page where the link is to be placed must have no more then 50 external links + Link page must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices. + Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. + Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo within last 30 days. + All links must be One way non-reciprocal links. Preferably from relevant websites. + Ensure links are unique each time + Links must be in text, no graphics. + Links dropped within 6 months must be replaced by you at no additional cost. + Staggered deployment of the links is required over 90 days DO NOT: * No link farms accepted. * No Paid Links * No links from under construction pages. * No sites which ask for money later. * No article directory sites. * No Use of Software, All Links must be manually done *No Links from URL’s that contain “…/links/” * No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING * No blog comment spamming, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups. * No link from: torrent sites, file sharing forums guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic, adult sites or black hat sites. Payment & Acceptance of Project: You will need to provide the following report in an excel document: Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink) Site Name Site Type Google Page Rank of Page Link placed on IP address Date Link placed Anchor Text Used Target URL of the Link This report must be compiled on a weekly basis so we can monitor how many links are being provided and that they are being done so in a staggered manner. Please note: Whitehat is crucial and required. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. Payment will be made after we have received the spreadsheet and verified each link, payment to be made on a monthly basis.
