I am looking for someone to help set up and run different facets of our marketing campaign. Our prospects are Realtors and home owners who are behind in payments. We buy their property from them. We have been successful advertising via email and also by phone (voiceblasts, etc), but we want to expand our advertising into the following mediums: facebook (will test this to see if we can get it to work) banner advertising on contextual networks (adwords, adsense networks etc) advertising in forums advertising on niche sites related to our business the ideal candidate should be good at creating creatives to test, such as landing pages. Should completely understand proper testing procedures to maximize ROI, such as split testing, etc. Should be completely familiar with google analytics, and other analytics tools. Should have proven experience in creating,managing and maxinizing PPC campaigns, with proven results in improving ROI. We would work thru our project manager (basecamp) and skype. You would write daily status reports, and work directly with me to implement and manage campaigns. We have a full time SEO company managing SEO that you would also work with on a regular basis. Also, the ability to manage the creation of new creatives, such as banner ads, squeeze pages, websites, etc knowledge of basic html/php very important. Can you take an existing creative, and clone it while making a few changes to it? do you know how to use dreamweaver? your bid is for one month of full time service
