Need more sales for my Book

The project is a Money Where Your Mouth is Project! Who am I: I am a writer and self publisher. I have written several books and the first one has just been released for sale through Amazons Create Space and Smash Words. It has been well received and many positive feedback's have been received through Good Reads on the first published book. The Problem: More sales of the book are needed to justify the cost of publishing more novels, but I am not a marketer, I am a writer. Who are you: You are a marketer and sales professional. You are the feet on the ground person that can sell a refrigerator to an Inuit. Your love is money and your fuel is something to sell. How this will work: The period of the project will be for one month with Milestones given at certain stages. Once you have been picked I will supply you with a coupon code for the purchasing of the novel and the link to the sales page on the Create Space site. The coupon code will allow the buyer to receive a $2 discount on the purchase of the book. There will be no limit to the amount of times the coupon code can be used. The following is the breakdown that I am willing to pay in order to get the book out there. Level 1 - For sales from 1 - 20 books = $1 commission for each book sold Level 2 - For sales from 21-50 books = $1.5 commission for each book sold Level 3 - For sales from 51-100 books = $1.75 commission for each book sold Level 4 - For sales above 101 books = $2.00 commission for each book sold Clarification: 11 books sell using the code you get $11.00 25 books sell using the code you get $37.50 66 books sell using the code you get $115.50 247 books sell using the code you get $494.00 When you hit a level you will receive a milestone equal to the commission for that level. Clarification: 20 books sell you get a $20 milestone 50 books sell and you get a $55 milestone 100 books sell and you get a $100 milestone After the 100 book milestone you will be awarded milestones in 50 book increments. The first milestone will be deposited upon acceptance of the work by the worker.
