3. Register the lead for a free 30 day trial. You can do this instantly on behalf of the owner. It takes 1 minute for the website to spin up. All that is required is a valid email address. Then you give the owner a user name and password and they can amend the site instantly. They now have their own fully functional rental website!

4. If the owner decides to keep the website after 30 days, they paid us *credit card/paypal" from within the application. Then the lead has converted and you get paid.

How much are you paying us?

A whooping $100 for every trial that extends to paid past 30 days.

We will also provide a 'setup retainer' of $100 so that your time/costs for on-boarding are covered. You will be required to demonstrate your understanding of the proposition.

The product costs the owner $ 10 per month, payable annually in advance via Credit card or Paypal

Most customers sign up for 2 years for extra discount. You get paid $100 for 2 year sign up,s or $80 if they only buy 1 year

The SaaS product works in US Dollars, UK Pounds and Euro's, so you can promote it to any country that uses those currencies
