What are the desired qualities and experience for the position?

A sales representative abroad has to be a proactive person, interested on business, independent, ready to face the challenges of new global market trends, good communicator.

There are many different ways to go with the sales representation abroad:

Building international liaisons where you are and abroad (with sports organizations, tour agencies, Brazilian Culture related organizations, consulates, etc)

Building an e-commerce platform and working with social media marketing and PR.

Some of the tasks related are (but not limited to):

Create a marketing and business plan to attend the needs of your local market

Create international liaisons with organizations, students and universities in the US (later with other countries)

Sell Rio EnCantos services to the built network

Earnings:

Earnings are based on your own capacity to raise income. The better you sell the better you earn based on commission. To give you an idea, you can earn the same as I do selling the tours. Ex.: Our NET price for a Historic tour of 3h hours, with carpooling at the visitor's hotel is $50, USD you may charge $100, /person /tour. In case you get interested, I can send you the text with a detailed description about each tour (product) for you research + I can train you through video conference explaining about our tours and services provided.
