Interior design for living room wanted

I am planning to buil myself a house and I have rough plans how it will look. Now I am looking for a professional to do some interior design work for me.. first just one room.. the living room. If things go well, we would have other rooms to do as well. I have attached all of the details I have already.. including a 3d render from Archicad I did myself. General aspects: * We like an elegant yacht style * We prefer punctual lighting rather than lighting that reaches the whole room. so many punctual spots and LED strips (will be color changing and voice controlled (alexa) are better than major lighting. The rest is given in the attachment. I would need you to write me an invoice in the end titled: "Design Work".. and nothing else for my finance department. thx.
